JOURNALIST. ADVOCATE.
"Live your passion. When passion and work are one and the same, it's not working. It's living your best life." -Rhonda Massad
FALL IN LOVE WITH FITNESS
Rhonda Massad was diagnosed with L5-S1 degenerative disc disease at a young age and was told that she would be in a wheelchair by the time she turned 50. She decided that she has the ability to overcome any obstacle and live the life that she deserves, by going on to be successful not only in fitness, but in retail, journalism, art, and writing as well. Rhonda recently launched 50 FIT, a fitness program with fitness guru Sherry Shaban. The program lines up with Rhonda's philosophy that movement is the fountain of youth. Today, Rhonda has cleared the calendar to run for municipal elections in Sainte Anne De Bellevue this fall.
